@GoogleAds I appreciate that is the case but unfortunately the new version doesn't provide the data in the way I require (un-grouped keywords) which is why I want to use the old version. Either way the old planner still exists and I should be able to access it unhindered.

@AndrewWhymanSEO Hi Andrew, the previous Keyword Planner tool has been deprecated. We'd recommend using the current version of the tool. Let us know if you experience any difficulties. -Chris

@GoogleAds Hi, whenever I try to access Adwords, specifically the keyword planner today I keep getting a 404 message once I've logged in. It's a meta redirect to this URL. Cleared cookies/cache etc to no avail. Help! Thanks.

@GoogleAds OK not sure what is going on. If I try incognito on another instance of Chrome I can login but as soon as I click open previous KW planner, it opens a window which instantly closes again. If I click it enough times I eventually get an "Adwords is down for maintenance" message...!

@GoogleAds This allows me to login but then when I click "open previous keyword planner" I get the same error again. Also one of my colleagues has had the same issue this morning. I've tried between different Chrome accounts too. I fail to see how this can happen when it works for others.

@GoogleAds My procedure to replicate is going to ads.google.com, clicking the sign in button, entering the login and password, then I get asked to select an account. I do so, and immediately I get the 404 which is caused by a meta redirect as in the screenshot in my previous tweet.

@GoogleAds This is my work PC so unfortunately that wouldn't be a great solution. I can confirm that it does work for my colleagues however, just not for me. I don't know if the redirect path is useful at all?

@GoogleAds I tried that earlier too, I got the same results. My colleagues are able to access it but I get redirected. Using the latest Chrome if that makes a difference.
