Just out in Human Brain Mapping, a new harmonization method called CovBat! onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/hb… CovBat addresses batch effects in mean and covariance, which we demonstrate in neuroimaging data. Huge thanks to my advisors @HaochangS and @takishinohara at @Penn_SIVE
