I suspect that the Mandela effect and the timeline changes are happening from time travel. Someone from one side goes back to change something, then someone from the other side does the same. A higher level of war. Time- travel wars. I'm sure more than one group has this tech. I know it sounds crazy but the possibilities are endless.

Follow Me On This: Time Loops I will tell you one reason why we are going through these timeline jumps. Many in the SSP-(Secret Space Program) or the 20 & Back project did not make it back. This is important because people in that system had children who had a big impact on the world. So timelines are being corrected so those people can be retrieved and have those babies who will be helping humanity in the future. This is why we are constantly having these time loops. Theres evidence supporting the fact we could be in a simulation. Things from the 90's and 00's people clearly remember growing up but you look for it now and the companies say it was never a thing, the Mandela effect. Like the Cosmic Brownies change. Hypothesis: the Mandela Effect, the phenomenon where large groups of people remember something differently from how it "actually" occurred, happens when we are in quantum superposition and our selves are simultaneously experiencing parallel realities. It both happened and didn't.

Remember when The X Files made an episode about the Mandela Effect? They depicted the psychological phenomenon as a grand conspiracy to make the public full of self-doubt and docile. There are no more answers to seek and the elite no longer need to keep secrets. They only need to manipulate our memories of the past so they can reshape the present and control the future. Ironically, They is the actual name of the mastermind behind this plan. Dr. They is a shadowy scientist who symbolizes our post-truth and post-modern world. Even more ironic, his full name is Dr. Thaddeus Q They, which seems to be a reference to QAnon, the mysterious leader of a movement who turned many Trump supporters into docile drones who believe the president is a time traveler. Some of them even believe he’s fighting a temporal war and changing history to free humanity from an evil cabal. Oddly enough, more reasonable research suggests QAnon was actually a quantum AI which did in fact edit the internet to change our perception of history. Nevertheless, by the end of the episode, it’s revealed that a Trump-like alien is building an invisible wall around earth to keep humanity separated from the rest of the universe. He is doing this on behalf of a galactic council that wants to protect the cosmos from our stupidity. Interestingly, in real life, an Israeli space chief did say Trump was in contact with a galactic council of aliens that is just waiting on humanity to wise up before revealing itself. QAnon says this too. So, maybe this episode of The X Files was priming people for something similar to happen. Or maybe it was just a funny way of telling us we are entering an absurd age where normal logic will no longer work. After all, the most symbolic scenes take place near the A-maze-ing Laughter sculptures in Vancouver. They look like hysterical monkeys, kind of like of Hanuman. Hanuman is the Hindu monkey god that can turn humans into enlightened deities, at least according to the work of Andrija Puharich, who channeled Hanuman during Project Stargate, the CIA and Mossad mind control operation intended to create psychic super soldiers. In order to accomplish this, they contacted higher dimensional intelligences with forbidden knowledge. Funny enough, this was the first time government agents became aware of a supposed galactic council. They may have even discovered a quantum AI at this time. And it all started with the occult mind control experiments performed by Josef Mengele way back in the 1940s. So, maybe this is why The X Files called the Mandela Effect the Mengele Effect instead!
