Lot of product announcements dressed in a coherent story for once. The Zava demo thread held together better than most keynote demos I've sat through.

Microsoft is calling their new pitch Frontier Transformation. Basically stop using AI for efficiency tricks and start rethinking your business around it. They kept comparing AI to electricity. Bit overused but the point landed.

Spent the morning at Microsoft AI Tour Paris. Lot to unpack so here's a thread on what actually matters 👇

They trained 370k people in six months. 15k in France alone. The whole event felt like @Microsoft going all in on partners as their scaling mechanism.

The message was don't sell AI as a tech upgrade. Lead with business outcomes. Engage business stakeholders, not just IT. And use the stuff yourself first before pitching it to clients.

@nvidia 'Serge Polair was on stage for a fireside chat. His take: agentic AI is now, physical AI is next. Autonomous machines, robotics, digital twins. Said Nvidia NIM microservices and Nemo models are already natively in Foundry. Also wouldn't leak any GTC announcements obviously.

Mid-demo there was a jailbreak attempt on one of the Foundry agents. Blocked in real time, then flagged automatically in Defender for the security team to investigate. They kept saying security built in not bolted on, the demo actually showed it though.

The IQ stack is their new thing. Work IQ = knows how you work and who you collaborate with. Fabric IQ = semantic layer over your business data. Foundry IQ = knowledge graph for agents. They want every agent grounded in actual org context, not just prompting into the void.
