@SteveSubera @natehoodstp Not sure. The Watershed District is its own agency. I do know these issues can get complicated quickly: there’s a stormwater management system under University, plus utilities. Add in the possibility of expanding tree roots, and you’ve got a full-on urban plumbing puzzle.
