During the weekend, we encountered an issue with the task event leaderboards and had to reset the event. Unfortunately, in our effort to fix the problem as quickly as possible, we didn't communicate clearly about what was happening.
We initially prioritized individual compensation. The variations you’ve seen across our socials were tailored based on the resources players invested in the event while it was active. We are still reviewing this to make sure no one was missed.
That said, we should have done a better job communicating and reassuring you that we were looking into the issue and would come back with a solution as soon as possible.
We are genuinely sorry for the confusion this caused. As a thank you for your patience and to recognize your efforts in the task event, please claim 200 Koi Fish, 1 Azalea Tree and 10 diamonds in the shop.
For those of you who purchased the Azalea Tree with diamonds during that time to complete your collection, you will also find a refund of 99 diamonds in the shop.
We will take this as a learning experience and work on doing better!
