@ARochaUK @Andy2Atkins Bird therapy! I wouldn’t know where to begin when talking about the value of noticing birds. From the dippers I would spot walking to primary school in Scotland to the fragile nest of olive-backed sunbirds I noticed when having lunch today. What @Andy2Atkins says is so true.

Every time I hear a Tory MP complain about £5 million or £50 million being spent on asylum seekers I remember that they spent £120 million on the Festival of Brexit which included putting an old empty oil rig on display in Weston-super-Mare
