The late great Keith Flint would've just turned 55.
Did you ever see him with @the_prodigy?
If so, where and when?

The #49ers will be monitoring social media for sure. They’re big into ‘reputational damage’ and how to protect against it.
What would you like to say to them?

Daniel Farke: “We won all the statistics. Sometimes you sit in the dressing room like ‘how the hell did we not win this game?’. It happens, it’s the Championship, it’s football.”

@Teamgrassroots_ Aye but it’s brilliant though, when it all clicks it’s the best feeling in the world 😁

Grassroots coaching, Whats in it for me??
Long days: I have a day job as well as coach the team, and spend my weekends at games.
Late nights: sorting the team, talking to the opposition, looking at formations.
Sorting Equipment: spending hours cleaning, preparing and designing training drills and trying to keep the team interested.
Meetings: attending relentless meetings about the team, club and all background things no one sees.
Talking to parents/players: messaging 2/3 times a week to make sure there is a team and enough players to turn up on time.
Coaching: when its not going the teams way and 11 faces on the pitch all look to you the change what is happening on the pitch.
Well Whats in it for me is this...
Snide comments from parents who cant think you cant hear.
The looks from the stands when you make a sub that no one agrees with.
The look on the players deflated faces knowing that no matter how much your hurting you have to smile and keep them going.
The hours and days spent going over the game and every decision you made in your head, thinking was it right, could it have been better, could you have said more at half time.
The stress and worry on a weekly basis about the team and what is best to do, with formations and players positions.
The constant thought that at any time another coach will come along and pick out the players for there team and poach them for the next season with promises of trophies, more game time and 'i don't make silly subs'.
So remember We are Volunteers and do this for the enjoyment of the players and in our own spare time, We do it for the love of the game and to just maybe get the players out of the house if only for a few hours a week.
So next time you want to moan or criticise, we don't get paid, we get hardly any thanks and we stepped up when so many others stood with their hands in their pockets saying 'no thanks'
