Let’s concede for a while that the P805B worth of kickbacks did not come from FCP appropriations alone contrary to the initial statements made during the Club Filipino press conference held last February 24. Since P1M weighs approximately 1kg (as earlier calculated by the late Sen Ramon Revilla Sr), it means that the 18 ex-military personnel moved 805,000 kgs or 805MT in paper bills. Add to that the 53.6MT (53,664 kgs) which is equivalent to the weight of at least 13,416 empty large ‘maletas’ or suitcases, since each weighs around 4kgs assuming all were made of soft-sided nylon or polyester materials, try to imagine the logistical requirements. Using land and air transportation to distribute such amount from ex-Cong Zaldy Co to a number of individuals, imagine how busy the bank tellers and these 18 personnel were just counting and moving that much money.

It is now up to the ICI if they will release the video or not. “I have given the ICI full authority  to release if they deem fit to release the video of my testimony — if they believe there’s no information there that might jeopardize their investigation." Also, just so we are clear. Sandro Marcos volunteered -- he was not summoned nor subject of any investigation.

The Incompetence of Sara Duterte is beyond me! Earlier today, the Vice President released a video reporting her accomplishment to the public — any barangay can execute the same program better given the funding that she has. Deep sigh she enumerates her “accomplishments” as if they are great. Lols. If Davao City applauds those kinds of subpar programs, we find those — basic, and that’s the nicest way I can put it. “Magnegosyo ka ‘day” project of the Office of the Vice President was once in the news for having one of the lowest (if not the lowest) utilization rates in recent history. 0.4% or just 600,000 out of 150,000,000 she requested for the program in December 2023 which speaks a lot about her incompetence! Apparently, in the 2024 audit of the Commission on Audit released today, it says that NONE out of the 128 people and 10 non-government organizations underwent the required assessment to determine viability. Any self-respecting program/ project managers know this! If Sara Zimmerman Duterte cannot implement programs as simple and basic as her offices’ programs — she has no right to even think of running for presidency. Sara Duterte should get a new spokesperson, no one is buying the Zaldy Co video The basic principle of statement in parts — you have to make sure that your next one is better than the last or you will lose the interest of your audience. To Sara Duterte’s dismay, the Zaldy Co “exposè” is a dud. The more he does it, the more social media finds inconsistencies in his stories. Videos as bargaining chips? Why am I not surprised? I think Zaldy Co and Sara Duterte both underestimated the intelligence of Filipinos — the smirk on Sara Duterte in her recent interviews felt as if she’s already celebrating. Only to find out that no one is rallying behind their back. The fact remains, those he is accusing of are here and he is the one in hiding.
