@davemacleod09 Interesting. Presumably sometimes they’re coming straight from cooked stock, which has been waiting on a warmer … I hadn’t thought about that. That’ll add a frisson of excitement to the month - at least they’ll be a bit random.

Day 6 of Mcds experiment. I was actually hungry for the first time. Patties were quite peppery and enjoyed them more than before. 9 patties. Off to go about my day now. I wonder if I can eat another 9 later?

As someone who learned early PPTP, it's interesting to watch the steady(ing) decline of the "traditional" client-side corporate VPN. It's had a good run. Also interesting to watch the steady(ing) rise of cloud-based forward / reverse proxies w/ consolidated security features.
