For patients and their family - Intensive Care and Anaesthetics, Gloucestershire Hospitals. My own views. Jazz trumpet 🎺 player.

Simple but so, so important if we want inclusive, brave and authentic teams! Onwards and upwards... we all make mistakes... it’s what you do about them that counts!!!🙌

Joining your Professional Advisory Group could be your first step to becoming president of the Intensive Care Society. Are you ready to play a big role in the #FutureofICM? Find out more 👉 bit.ly/PAG_2021 Nominations close March 8

Recruiting now! nhsjobs.com/job/-v2942295?… Our next intake of Trainee ACP’s - training alongside the team whilst working through the ACP programme taught @UWE_ACP Feel free to get in touch, Shadowing can be arranged and is strongly advised!

One of the “original outreach” team - the lovely Alli has accepted a permanent position within our Acute Medical Unit as their Practice Development Nurse. We miss her dearly within the ACRT! What Alli doesn’t know... isn’t worth knowing. Good luck! @gloshospitals @grh_amu

Superheroes behind the mask #14 Leon. Porter. Enormously helpful and genuinely ‘cares’ - Leon has raised nearly £2k for our charity through his own creative ideas. A real hero. Always delivers. Inspirational. #togetherwevegotthis @gloshospitals

ICU staff are the heart of #intensivecare. Intensive Care 2020 and Beyond describes the multi-professional approach to providing care, and what this could look like in the #futureofICM. Read the report for highlights, priority questions & findings 👇 bit.ly/IC2020_Beyond

Today we’ve reached our 1st milestone in the @gloshospitals Edward Jenner Vaccination Hub #EJVH - so far 10,000 health & social care workers in Gloucestershire have received their COVID vaccination. Our #OneTeam approach has been truly amazing, I couldn’t be more thankful.

Here's the Mobile Emergency Rapid Intubation Team💙 With nurses & operating department practitioners who have teamed up with an anesthetist since March 2020, to provide invaluable support to the Department of Critical Care at GRH to help ease the pressure. #NHSheroes

Shouldn’t be surprised (as it happened in 1st wave) but the sight of hugely experienced surgeons answering the call to support @gloshospitals Critical Care in nurse/HCA roles is epitome of leadership and divisional/cross divisional working @drfrocester @Steventwigg69 thank you 💙
