@RG2Gas Totally. Eventually, the West Stand and terrace can be away fans, offering a bit of terrace and some seating. Then the whole of both ends, all four corners and the big East Stand need no segregation and can be all Gas, loud and proud. Move the dugouts West too, facing Gas.

I know the whole ground is a bit of basket case (obvs) but that East side in particular is screaming out for a decent pitch-length stand isn’t it? Get a decent structure in there and, in the absence of a new stadium, the rest of the ground is serviceable for a while, surely? #UTG
