It is not easy to see a former President and the presumptive GOP nominee convicted of felony crimes; but the jury verdict should be respected. An appeal is in order but let’s not diminish the significance of this verdict.

The judge is instructing the jury in the Trump trial regarding the law.
All that legalese is impossible to follow precisely as the judge orally gives the instructions.
Don’t be surprised if the jury sends notes with questions about the instructions during their deliberations.

"Not accurate" = just another lie. Remember, he also lied about being unable to release his tax returns because he was being audited. The judge needs to ask him in court whether his lawyer has misinformed him about his constitutional right to testify in his own defense.
