Not all but ones that I have seen lately and I compare these between the DVD & Blu-ray to see how much ai has been applied. I have not used anyone's names from the posts I take these from and do not do this with the intent of being rude to anyone. I want to see for myself if the ai is heavy handed here. @LSKYYYYYY @TheCyberdevil There will be no potential loss of jobs. AI is being used as a tool to enhance & sharpen the visuals & resolution of vintage VT. For some, this isn't working as well as it might, with some visible distortion & artefacts, but it's not replacing or recreating actors or performances

I’m jealous of those who don’t see an issue with AI upscaling on The Collection. But please have respect for those who do. Stop calling us whingers & all sort of things. It’s a genuine dislike many of us have. If you know me, the last thing I want to do is bash The Collection.

@TheCyberdevil I’ve not seen any issues with the AI for me but I get that some people do have issue with it - personally I think the show has never looked better

@DannieMadsen17 @finneyzair @TheCyberdevil Not too noticeable at all if you just sit back and enjoy the show and appreciate all the hard work that's gone into it. However if you want to pause it and zoom in on parts of the screen you will probably notice some oversmoothing or over sharpening.

@TheCyberdevil As I’ve said before if people have an issue with the current release they need to send a polite email to BBC Studios - posting and raging on social media will change nothing. Personally I love the new set, two stories in and to my eyes these stories look superb.

Thank you for all your kind words as I step down from #HouseOfGames after 9 amazing years. It is honestly the most fun show to work on, with the most wonderful team, but, after 800 episodes it's time to hand over the keys to a new host. There are plenty of new episodes still to air though, and I'll even be filming one final handover week later in the year! It really has been a treat from start to finish.

I’m hearing replacement discs are starting to be sent out for The Collection Season 20. Apparently rather send out just the discs, they are actually sending the standard version of the set.

@TheCyberdevil We only ever get post about once a week now, regardless of whether it's first or second class. It's not even as if we live 'out in the sticks'. Absolutely appalling service.

Someone the other side of town, paying exactly the same amount gets it earlier just because they lucked out with Royal Mail’s pattern

The new Royal Mail alternate days for second class post sucks. Makes it a real postcode lottery as to whether you get DWM on the Wednesday or not. It appears I’m in the wrong week now. I’m so desperate to see the Season 21 disc breakdown.

@thamesclippers "reach out to our teams" the day after we waited for an hour in the blazing sun, after we were told to tap in. Classic! We should not have been told to tap in until a boat with room was with us. And then we should have been told the truth about how long the next boat would be.
