@Hplays_piano I also stopped listening to Radio 4 and started listening more to Radio 3. I read a lot of self help books.

@Hplays_piano Therapy. Maybe something like CBT. It’s almost impossible to get on the NHS. It’s difficult, but possible, to find someone suitable and appropriately qualified if you go private. Exercise helps too, it helped me. I probably started the couch to 5k around that time. Good luck

Tomorrow I go into Broad Green Hospital for the operation on Wednesday to remove cancer from my lung. Hopefully they will remove all of the bastard so I can recover and get on with my life and enjoy my retirement. I might be a bit quiet for a few days but will be back asap xx
