@hullcity_pfa @CostaCoffee It may have been working on sunday but as most mechanical items can fail at any time this is no fault of the engineer. I know this as I am an ac/fridge/mechanical/electrical engineer myself. Difficult times in this weather I can you.

@AndyM2672 @CostaCoffee Being prepared is the key I’d say. Leaving staff to swelter in over 30 degrees isn’t being prepared and he attended on Sunday and certified it working when it most obviously isn’t. Your empathy is duly noted.

Please dont reply with anything until you understand how difficult it is for an ac/fridge engineer who has many calls throughout the day with several issues most undiagnosable till onsite
