Not at all. Running around doing nothing, hitting boxes, and boosting every 2 seconds is not a good representation of the game. The footage is meant to get us excited. It’s like if BOTW had footage of Link running around, doing nothing and not getting into fights. It doesn’t represent the adventure you will have.

I will NEVER understand how that footage was decided to be our introduction to the next 10 years of Sonic. Everyone’s reaction to this footage was 100% valid. Huge huge HUGE marketing failure. The introduction should have been explosive, energetic, and a better representation of the best the game has to offer. Not its worst.

@videogamedeals I was so afraid of Lylatwars a.k.a. Starfox 64.. I only beat the first level with the boss. I can remember that the boss was a monkey telling me that Android will get me.. So I quickly turned the console off... 😅😂 But at least I can beat the first level blind nowadays🤣
