Dear friends, guests, and family, Last night was our final service before the reinvention of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, A Belmond Hotel begins. It was a triumph. Each team—from the kitchen and front of house to the restaurant—gave an extraordinary, heartfelt experience to every one of our guests. Although there was an element of sadness, there was also immense joy in closing such a proud 41-year chapter of our story. As the fireworks boomed, we raised our glasses to welcome the new year. I would like to thank all of our loyal guests and friends who have supported us throughout the years. What fun we have had—the parties, the weddings—bringing us all together to celebrate life. This is not goodbye; this is a bientôt. Happy New Year, RB x
