Still can’t believe it but I’ve been offered a full time coaching role with Manchester City over in the UAE. Dream to coach abroad finally becoming a reality 🇦🇪

What’s wrong with people…. 🤬🤬 Overnight the @WooltonJuniorFC hut with all the kids equipment in, based on Camp Hill was broken into and set on fire All the goals melted along with other training equipment, including boots that have been donated to pass on to others!! 🐀

Very constructive & positive club discusions tonight about the open age structure going forward. Plans discussed how to keep our current u18s playing for Woolton as they make the step up. Exciting times for the club next season & beyond for our open age teams ⚽️👌

Been a pleasure to coach these two sides for 5 seasons with the u16’s and 2 seasons with the u18’s. Enjoyed every moment, time I’ll never forget. I wish them every success both in football and with whatever they decide to do in the future. Onto the next coaching chapter… 🇦🇪

Final match coaching a MSB Woolton side this morning with the u16’s. Great way to sign off, good performances from everyone on the pitch and some really well taken goals. Well done and keep it up lads 💪🏼⚽️

Great game with u16’s this morning. A good competitive game played the way it should be between both teams. We played some really good patient football, managing to create lots of chances and scoring a few good goals. Well played ⚽️

Frustrating one for the u16’s this morning, slow start cost us in the end. The reaction afterwards was excellent but couldn’t find the goals to get a result. Go again next week 💪🏼

Fantastic win this morning for the u18’s continuing their fine run of form. Some excellent well worked team goals and a solid defensive performance. Highlight of the day was the first appearance from Anthony for several months since his injury 👏🏼🙌🏼

What a win this morning for Athletico u16’s in the first game of cup. Brilliant performance, every single player did their bit for the team, worked hard on and off the ball and got us the win. Well done lads👏🏼⚽️

Great two games for both teams yesterday and today. U18’s with an important win and my u16’s keeping their good winning run going as well. Can’t ask for a better weekend 🙌🏼💪🏼

Good weekend of football with the u18’s on Saturday and u16’s on Sunday. 2 wins from 2 💪🏼

Embarrassing incidents every week at kids footie. Refs screamed at by adults twice their age, argue rules they don't know, kids asked age by opposition adults, volunteers abused by lines & parents & called all kinds if u challenge behaviour. Chill & enjoy watching them play ⚽️🤷‍♂️
