@twill_94 Obviously the change in the main tactic is what started this off but I've said too like you pointed out the biggest success so far is the in game tweaks. Players changing formation when needed etc. it's little things he didn't need to do in championship but has figured it now

People will still be negative but since that City game, he’s shown something no one expected. It’s not just going to the back 5. It’s the small tweaks: - Tanaka and BA - Subs - Mixing up formations/tactics - Managing player load Nothing but deserved praise right now.
