A cute update for troubled times: we’ve exchanged our work/break schedules for the next week so we can co-ordinate times to do a bit of scene work. I have some ideas but would love to hear your suggestions for a classical two-hander! 🥰

Today I found out the man who runs the Circle K near my work trained in theatre, and he got so excited when I said I did too that he started reciting Shakespeare at me. We traded bits of monologues and sonnets back and forth until everyone in the store was upset except for us. ❤️

@AndyTrithardt Lol so true. It really rewards multiple viewings. So much going on. So many almost throwaway lines and gags. And Caine is as focused and committed as if he were acting with real people, not felt ones.

Okay. This will probably be my final Christmas Carol of 2020. I'll try some others out next year. Maybe I'll get around to the Finney musical.
