I’m just utterly disappointed in things. I’ve given my stance on system vs tactics vs this that and the other. I have felt very worried this season Amorim would walk himself into the sack with the choices he makes - sticking to your tactics is one thing but then routinely picking the wrong players and once again displaying ZERO consequences and accountability for senior players, is lowering the standards heavily.
The same players every week, mostly young ones, get punished for the smallest mistakes while others are given a long enough rope to cost us.
Amorim has given the message that it is okay to play shit one week to the next - because that’s what is happening.
Inconsistent management and standards = inconsistent performances.
