@chrisboyer @tpmnetwork @reedsmith Its a hard target to hit too...different populations want us to take more of the process than others. In a recent experience, it felt to me like more was expected of me than I wanted, which isn't what alot of our patients want in an already out-of-your-element situation.

@Andy_Lawson @tpmnetwork @reedsmith That’s a great point. We have to balance transparency (and self-service) against ease of use. It reminds me of the concept of “necessary friction” as well. I think it comes back to what our customers want/expect. Does that make sense?
