@Bambertweets The boutflours had dodgey dealings with the farms tractors / engines I read somewhere.... stood to lose their loverly accommodation on jeremys land ,their jobs as well
@Bambertweets The original crime scene photos also show no scratches in the mantel. Only when the police returned to take more photos in the days / weeks after was the scratch to appear. Food for thought
📸 High-resolution pictures released📸
The recent ‘In the Dark’ podcast highlighted the forensic flaws in the sound moderator evidence. The prosecution claimed Jeremy and Nevill had fought over the rifle in the kitchen resulting in the sound moderator scraping the mantle shelf. The paint from the shelf had then supposedly adhered to the sound moderator.
In recent years, forensic reports about the sound moderator have been disclosed. These forensic reports show the paint only appeared 7 weeks after it was originally tested.
The photographs below are high- resolution pictures of the crime scene from the morning of the shootings. This area is directly under where the mantle shelf had supposedly been scraped with the sound moderator. There is no paint anywhere on the floor. Yet, we are supposed to believe that 7 layers of paint were removed and stuck to the sound moderator during the shootings!
🚩Forensic reports that show no paint existed on the sound moderator until 7 weeks after the shootings!
🚩High-resolution images showing no paint flakes or debris on the floor on the morning of the shootings!
Jeremy Bamber is innocent!
@Bambertweets@winterman1975 Was there any recordings of the phone calls ? I guess not . I know the police used the landline to call their station at one point which erased some data ? Is this withheld or destroyed ?
Nicholas Milbank was adamant he took a 999 call. He said it came through the 999 call system. I would say to those who claim it had nothing to do with Sheila need to listen more closely. Milbank also stated that he heard noises - “Doors opening and closing, muffled speech, chairs moving.” Who was doing all that if Jeremy had shot everyone at by 03.30!
In the New Yorker podcast, Heidi Blake, talks to PC Nicholas Milbank. PC Milbank told Heidi that a 999 call had come from the farmhouse at 06.09am. This obviously meant Sheila was still alive well after Jeremy had supposedly shot her. This in turn means she was responsible for the murders. Below is the scene log written by Essex Police. Clearly at 07.40am a woman was in the kitchen. Essex Police tried to pass this off as a mistake. Essex Police are suppressing the truth. Jeremy Bamber is innocent.
#Battlefield6 Community Update 📌
Progression and XP Adjustments
▪️ The XP gained from match completion and the daily bonus are being increased by 10% and 40% respectively.
▪️ The XP needed to unlock the first 20 attachment ranks is being reduced, so you’ll start earning useful attachments almost twice as fast.
▪️ The assignments that required career ranks 20, 23, and 26 to begin will now require career ranks 10, 15, and 20, respectively.
▪️ Battlefield Studios is reviewing in-game challenges.
Community Experiences
The error message (Global Game Quota Exceeded) is because most of the user-created experiences are XP farm servers, instead of servers focused on active play. That's why it has become noticeably harder for players to create and find experiences to play with other people.
Battlefield Studios is developing adjustments that are intended to diminish the number of XP farms taking up server space while further emphasizing playing with friends on both custom and verified experiences.
After the update is live, they expect all experiences, both custom and verified, will need to be republished by players before they can create an active server. Whether that's Hardcore Conquest, All-Out Warfare, longer matches, or your favorite community-created experience, they want you to be able to find and enjoy it easily with your friends as you play your way together.
More Updates Incoming
Battlefield Studios is targeting these updates to go live within the next week, potentially sooner depending on testing and verification.
They're also looking into other things including:
🔹 Visibility.
🔹 Weapon bloom (they actually call it 'dispersion')
🔹 Vehicles not spawning.
🔹 And more.
As they prepare to go into Season 1 you can expect more adjustments as they continue fine-tuning gameplay, progression and the experience based on community's feedback.
@Bambertweets Original Crime scene photos show no scratches on the mantel... after the eatons hand over the silencer scratches are seen on new photos ?
It’s incredible that the CCRC have evidence that forensic reports have been tampered with but are not interested. Items such as ‘Paint = Mantlepiece at Farm’ has been added after the report was written. Nobody has initialled these additions. This is against procedure. The silencer was key to Jeremy’s conviction yet tampered forensic forms don’t seem to bother the CCRC. Disgusting. Justice for Jeremy Bamber!!
@Bambertweets Agree with the first comment , Nevill was shot upstairs in his room so was coming down to a confrontation with multiple bullets in head and face ... easy prey I'd say
Debunking the myth that ‘poor weak Sheila, couldn’t possibly have overpowered and beat up Nevill’ a narrative, that seems to persist!
vm.tiktok.com/ZNdVmcyeo/
@Bambertweets Did Nevill come downstairs after everyone was dead ? After being shot in bed ? Did he go straight for the phone ? No blood on phone ? So straight for the shooter.when did he make the call ?
@Bambertweets Average time is 9 months for ccrc to make a decision from receiving appeal. Surely this can't be in this case. They have had the information forever
No news from the CCRC yet. We are hopeful we will be able to update everyone soon. In the meantime, we would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported Jeremy and the Jeremy Bamber Innocence Campaign. It means the world to us all. Justice for Jeremy 2025.
@RK27766815@Bambertweets Without doubt ! Had Jeremy sold the farm which he intended to do the eatons and boutflours would of been homeless, formless and probably penniless.... there's the motive to frame Jeremy, bag the farm ,caravan site , various properties etc......
@Bambertweets I'm trying to work out how this is relevant. Are you suggesting David B framed JB by getting his own blood in the silencer having worked out (how?) that he had the same blood group as Sheila?
As we wait for the CCRC to make a decision on whether to refer Jeremy’s case to the CoA, let’s look at crucial piece of evidence not disclosed at his original trial or appeal. Below, shows two documents that prove David Boutflour’s blood group was found in the silencer. This is crucial as his blood group did match either Jeremy or any of the deceased. This shows that blood entered the silencer by another means, wholly unconnected with the shootings. This piece of evidence was discovered in April 1986, before the start of Jeremy’s trial. This shows the jury at Jeremy’s trial were deceived! It shows that the appeal court judges in 2002 were deceived! Jeremy’s case must be referred without further delay. Justice for Jeremy.
It’s interesting to see the contrast in Jeremy’s behaviour to that of Essex Police and others for the past 40 years.
Whilst Essex Police and others have obstructed justice by, for example, destroying evidence, Jeremy, has being trying to preserve it. Does that sound like a killer? What else has he done that raises doubt on his guilt.
- Fought for the preservation of forensic exhibits that he could later test to prove his innocence. He won and court orders were put on this evidence. Special Branch destroyed this evidence.
- Waged a decade long campaign to get the Home Office to allow him to take a polygraph test. After 10 years they agreed. He passed with “No deception indicated.” His test was conducted by an eminent polygraph examiner.
- Took the authorities to a judicial review to try and force them to disclose 27 documents pertaining to the evidence of two silencers in the case. He lost. Years later, David Boutflour confirms his silencer was taken away by Essex Police also, meaning at least two were involved. Photographic and newspaper evidence discovered recently shows at least 2 silencers were involved.
So which party seems to be scared of disclosure and the truth being revealed and which party does not?
Jeremy wants all the documents to be released because he has nothing to hide. He’s innocent! J4J!!
@Bambertweets Agree with this Essex police withholding key evidence even after court orders instructed them to release. C.I.D take items from evidence bags to destroy. So many actions that defy belief. Release J on bail whilst this is on-going. Decision from ccrc this week I believe.
Essex Police say they stand by their investigation that led to Jeremy’s conviction. If they are confident they did everything by the book and Jeremy is guilty, why have they obstructed justice for nearly 40 years? Let’s have a look at some of the things they have done 👇
- Refused to disclose key documents to Jeremy’s defence team
- Destroyed forensic exhibits contrary to court orders
- Destroyed documents before the defence had seen them
- Made multiple copies of documents with slight amends to muddy the waters
- leaked information about the investigation to the wider family before Jeremy’s conviction
We now have police officers involved in the investigation coming out in support of Jeremy. Essex Police should comply with the court orders for full disclosure. Justice for Jeremy.
@Bambertweets@shaunattwood@M_Steeples Was this an opportunity to make good the scene ? Could of been ? This throwing the boutflours into the 'fitting up ' of Jeremy. Food for thought..... I know they were facing eviction as JB was selling everything and also investigated for fraud.also food for thought.
@Bambertweets@shaunattwood@M_Steeples Jeremy broke into the farm house when released after questioning as he has no key to hand.... he happily quoted," it matters Not if the windows are shut or open you can still get in"... this was obviously after initial crime scene photos were taken.
In this episode of the Jeremy Bamber podcast @shaunattwood and @M_Steeples discuss the evidence in the case with Phillip Walker and Yvonne Hartley. Many topics are covered including the silencer, scratch marks and the evidence of Julie Mugford. The evidence that is outlined in this episode has been with the CCRC for almost 4 years, totally unacceptable. It shows without a shadow of doubt that Jeremy Bamber is innocent. So why is he still in prison? The CCRC must refer his case to the CoA without delay! Justice for Jeremy Bamber👇👇 open.spotify.com/episode/2OeHq3…
@Bambertweets An officer did use the phone which cleared any useful information that could of been used in Jeremy's defence. Not to sure what information would have been able to be recovered should that call not been made ?
@Bambertweets And also no scratch mark was seen on police photos.. only when the relatives handed in the said silencer was the scratch mark revealed and he same photo's taken again ! Did the relatives make this happen ?
Lab reports show that when forensic scientists examined the silencer originally there was no paint recorded. By the 25th of September paint had made it’s way onto the knurled pattern of the silencer. The paragraph below is from the New Yorker article 👇
Later, the silencer was returned to the forensics lab, and scientists noticed a piece of tape covered with paint flakes stuck to the barrel. They were told that Cook had placed it there to protect the silencer during his fingerprint tests. Nine layers of paint were then removed from the silencer’s knurled end, containing not only red but also blue, green, white, and gray flakes, all of which matched those recovered from the hearth. Yet the records of the earlier laboratory examination make no mention of any flakes of multicoloured paint.

@Bambertweets Don't forget if there was a fight Neville had bullets in his head and was extremely weakened.? The blood smear on the kitchen wall never seems to get a mention ? Who's blood was this ? Neville would of stumbled downstairs wounded and was easily dealt with ?.?..
