My Basic Morning Routine For Maximum Creativity. - 4:45am Wake Up - Double Espresso - Write / Journal / Brain Dump - Read No phone for the first hour of my day. No input before I output. Takes 30 mins. That 30 minutes sets me up for the entire day.

Don’t let the past 92 days dictate the remaining 274. What habits and routines can you implement to steer yourself back on track? How can you: Start that podcast. Go for that run. Record that video. Stop seeking instant gratification. Allow small daily habits to stack up.

How does your content make someone feel?

Create something everyday. Whether it's a tweet, a video, a newsletter or a blog post. It doesn't have to be public. Just create for the sake of creating. Nothing will improve your ability to create good content than creating something everyday.

The worst thing you can do when you don’t know what to do, is do nothing…

Stop reading and start doing. Stop watching and start doing. Stop listening and start doing. Get really focused on a goal and start taking action.

Create like an artist. Train like an athlete. Think like both.

5 habits I use to improve my content: 1) Walking 2) Running 3) Reading 4) Writing 5) Listening The repetition of creating more can lead to better content. But my best ideas come when I remove myself from the digital world.

Followers Are Just For Show. Just like a Ferrari parked on your driveway but it has no engine, it’s just the shell. Pretty to look at but serves no purpose.

Is your content good but not getting any views? You have two options… 1) Blame the algorithm, the audience, anyone but yourself and continue to get no views. 2) Accept responsibility, blame yourself and get better at storytelling and communicating your message. 1 or 2 ?

At some point you created content without boundaries, just the pure joy of expression. But that expression eventually became tied to your ability to support yourself. If this is you, think back to when you created for joy. Bring fun back into your content.

“I don’t like making content” You’re probably making content to please someone. Your content should document your curiosity, the things that excite you. Content is an opportunity to create a magnetic connection with those that share those same curiosity’s. Build your tribe.

Create Content That Has Impact. Would those that inspire you respect the content you put out?

Instead of making trending content, make vulnerable content. Create content that moves and connects. Don’t try to be faultless, show the messiness of your life.
