@MelAttree Amazing! Have you tried it with wine? Not like in a cocktail (yuck), but like on evenings when you have a few glasses of wine. Because “wine awake” is a thing now. 🙄 Ageing is a bitch.

My baby turns 15 tomorrow. As a father of a fullly fledged mid-teen-teenager, I have been dragged through shops in a Friday after work “we have to do it now” to “finalize” birthday presents under supervision event. Crocs and makeup. I’ve officially lost all control.

I trained my dog to know when we’re going to bed. If I say “Bed time!” at night, she runs to her bed, stands next to it and waits for me to put her jersey on, then I tuck her in and she falls asleep.

after weeks of training, i had to skip two oceans. my dad was in the icu. critical. today, i completed the @WalkerBayODR 2-day stage race. 35 kms; total ascent of 1250m - much tougher than a ½ marathon according to those who know (my bf). dad's doing better, too. win! 🥳👟
