I just have this odd feeling that Slot has been told he’s got 2 more games and he’s gone. Do not believe this backing bullshit.

Before you go on the defensive of “how is it new?” Haven’t you just spent the last few weeks saying he won the league with Klopp’s side? Well, now it’s his side and just like the players transitioning, so are the coaches. It’s not just new players either, it’s old too.

I think as we see with players in new environments or adjusting to new experiences we give them time. Kerkez written off start of the season, Frimpong in Flop XI’s, Wirtz being blasted. Look at them now, improving. Slot has been here a while but, it’s also new to him.

Last season, it was “Slot has done wonders, the club backed him with one signing and it was an injury prone £12m washed Italian.” Now, “Slot is so bad, he deserves the abuse he gets. He has disrespected players like Chiesa. He needs to go.”

Fans are so fickle. Hated on Jones season upon season but because he’s had a strop and waved his arms at Slot he’s a hero.

Slot said more positive things about Ramsay than negative but fans choose to pick at the negative thing. The negative thing that isn’t actually negative but because Slot is Dutch and their words are blunt it’s made it negative. Just saying he’s not first choice ffs.

If a new coach came in and went 9 games unbeaten with a few draws, fans would be delighted. AS has done exactly what a new coach would do, become solid again before pushing into the next stage. Don’t know how supporters are blind to it.

None of this drama happens if Mo didn’t do the interview, straightforward as that. He’d of been back in the squad after AFCON and us fans could’ve celebrated him further. Now it looks like he’s played his last game and going out with a lot of negativity.

Slot never threw Salah under the bus in any press conference or interview. But, he threw Konate under it the other day with the “crime scene” comment and Gakpo the week before when he was hooked because he “was poor in the 1v1 situations.” Did they react?

I don’t care Salah has posted a picture like some of you do however he hasn’t posted anything Liverpool related for ages, convenient his first thing is days after his dummy came out. 33 years old.
