Public records confirm that Meredith O’Neil is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts. The conduct alleged against her in item 30 of the publicly filed affidavit in the Temporary Restraining Order / Restraining Order proceeding, if proven true, appears to violate key ethical standards under Massachusetts regulations governing certified public accountants. When the TRO/RO filing is considered in its entirety, the allegations suggest that a formal professional investigation by the Board of Public Accountancy would likely be warranted if a complaint is filed.

My heart honestly shattered. My son and I worked on this little woodland scene for like a whole week,every evening after school, when he was already half-asleep but still wouldn’t stop until he got the moss just right or found the perfect spot for the owl.
He came up with the whole idea himself. Said, “Dad, it’s like a secret home inside the forest.” He sculpted the hedgehog, placed the tiny pinecones, carved that little log with his hands (well, mostly supervised, but still). He poured everything into it.
And then he came home, eyes red, holding his piece like it was broken glass. “I spent a lot of time sculpting, but no one appreciated it,” he said. The other kids laughed. Even the teacher didn’t say a word. Just moved on.
I wanted to march into that school and tell them all, LOOK. LOOK AT THIS. THIS IS ART. But instead, I just hugged him and said, “You know what? Let’s show it to people who do appreciate creativity.”
So we posted it in my little craft store on the Tedooo app, I’ve been selling there for a bit, but this was his first piece. And you wouldn’t believe what happened. People started commenting. Encouraging. One guy from Oregon asked if my son does commissions. Another from the UK said it reminded them of their childhood forest.
I didn’t let him sell it, of course. This one stays with us forever. But now he walks a little taller. Because someone did see the magic.
If you’ve got a kid who creates things, protect that spark with everything you've got. This world doesn’t always understand, but there are places, and people, and moments that do.

The Commonwealth, according to Bradyl, told Martha Coakley that that they did not intend to ask for Kelsey to serve more time in jail had she been convicted.
If they TRULY believed that she had fired at a police officer, do you think they would have been content enough to only ask for time served & maybe probation as a sentence? This gives me the impression that the entire prosecutorial pursuit, the tax dollars, Kelsey’s pretrial detention, etc. was disingenuous and politically driven. What a waste!

With the criminal charges behind her, it’s time to shift focus to the family court case to reunite Kelsey with her baby.
Kelsey has the following court dates, all scheduled in Salem:
💜4/14/26: Hearing on the 209A restraining order
💜4/23/26: Motion For Further Temporary Orders
💜5/1/26: Pretrial Conference
The 4/14 hearing will be the first time Kelsey has an opportunity to address the ex parte allegations in the original affidavit filed by JA on June 30th. My understanding is that @BradlLawPC is handling that case.

BREAKING: Aidan Kearney @DoctorTurtleboy was yesterday granted a full restraining order against Meredith O'Neill at Massachussets Trial Court. O'Neill is banned from going anywhere near Kearney's home and is not allowed within 100 yards of him (in any vicinity). She is not allowed to contact him by telephone, in writing or electronically and she also has been furthered ordered by the Judge to cease all abuse of him. She has also been ordered by the Judge to cease coercive control of Aidan Kearney. The attached Court filings contain a detailed account of the full history as stated by Kearney in his submission.
