But that time never came. We were both stubborn in our own way and I guess neither of us could be the bigger man to just break the ice. I wish one of us would have. I wish one of us would have just sent a meme or a joke and put the past in the past. I wish.

Steve was one of my longest friends in the game. Nearly twenty years. We had our ups and downs like any set of friends who only know each other through social media but we always mended fences. A while back we went through a down. I always hoped we’d find our back to an up.
