Amir Tofangsazan, 33, used Facebook images of a male model to build fake dating profiles, using a string of apps including Tinder, Bumble, and Plenty of Fish to hunt for victims.

We are looking to chat to people who have been deceived by those close to them. Whether it was romance fraud or a large scale deception; each story will be sensitively told from the point of view of the people who were lied to. Channel 4's Love Cheats is back for a second series and will continue to focus on raising awareness of the dangers of this kind of crime, to help the public look out for patterns of behaviour.
