Președintele român propune premierul, acreditează ambasadori, prezidează Consiliul Suprem de Apărare și... cam atât, în termeni de putere executivă directă. Guvernează premierul. Premierul răspunde în fața parlamentului. Iar parlamentul e al altora din câte știm. A-i cere lui Nicușor să facă ce face Magyar e ca și cum ai cere arbitrului de fotbal să marcheze goluri. E pe același teren, da. Dar nu e jocul lui. Magyar are majoritatea. Nicușor are... Grindeanu. Magyar vorbește din poziția unui om care a câștigat scrutinul parlamentar cu o majoritate clară. Are mandatul democratic explicit de a decoloniza instituțiile statului ungar, capturat sistematic în 16 ani de Orbán. Cererile lui de demisie nu sunt gesturi de dragul show-ului.Sunt semnale politice cu greutate instituțională reală, pentru că în curând el va avea pârghiile să le și execute. Nicușor Dan a câștigat președinția. Parlamentul este dominat de o coaliție între PSD și PNL. Guvernul nu îi aparține. Instituțiile independente, parchete, instanțe, autorități de reglementare, nu răspund la apelul președintelui în sistemul românesc și cu atât mai puțin la cererile lui publice de demisie. Situația o văd cam așa. Orbán a construit 16 ani. Magyar demolează cu mandat. Nicușor a moștenit un stat complicat, fără cheile de la toate ușile. Contextul maghiar e esențial și tocmai el lipsește din toate postările indignate. Orbán a avut la dispoziție o majoritate constituțională timp de 16 ani cu care a reformat justiția, a capturat presa, a colonizat autoritățile de reglementare și a rescris constituția. Magyar are mandatul explicit de a inversa exact acest proces. România are propriile ei capturi instituționale, reale și grave. Dar Nicușor Dan nu vine cu o majoritate parlamentară în spate. Vine cu un mandat prezidențial într-un sistem unde președintele nu are cheile tuturor ușilor pe care ai vrea să le deschizi. Critica e binevenită. Comparația greșită, nu. Nicușor trebuie criticat. Pentru ritmul reformelor pe care le poate influența, pentru calitatea negocierilor politice, pentru comunicare. Sunt critici legitime, cu substanță, pe care le poți formula fără comparații politice cu Budapesta. Dar când îl critici că nu face gesturile unui viitor prim-ministru cu majoritate absolută într-un sistem parlamentar dintr-o altă țară, nu mai faci analiză. Este fanfiction politic. E bine scris, mobilizează, și nu explică absolut nimic. Iar înainte să îl judeci pe Nicușor că nu e Magyar, întreabă-te cu cine au votat românii în ultimii 35 de ani. Și vezi ce concluzie tragi.
