This pt has salvage single vessel to hand and an end-to-side runs the risk of thrombosis leading to loss of the hand. Passive motion can still be done

@Jp_Joonpio_HONG @AngelaChengMD @prsjournal Groin flap is great option but have only found it useful in cases where other options arent available. Fasciocutaneous flap will allow for better tendon gliding and easier elevation if late reconstruction needed IMO #PlasticSurgery #microsurgery
