It's my birthday. Another trip round the sun complete.
I started the last birth year recovering from major surgery and illness, still undergoing physio. Ended it with a recent all clear and another chance to chase my goals.
Grateful for every day. Take nothing for granted. 🌞

Recent military offensives carried out by Israeli forces have caused mass casualty influxes at MSF-supported medical facilities in Rafah and the Middle Area of Gaza.
