@travelb82367060 @HM_Passport The application is being dealt with in Liverpool but I live in Edinburgh so I can go to Glasgow? I travel a week tomorrow so is it worth going through tomorrow or will they turn me away until a day or two before I travel? Thanks

Feeling very frustrated and stressed waiting on my son’s passport. Waited over 11 weeks, 12 phone calls and one email sent and still no sign of it. Travelling Monday 4th July - 10 days! @HM_Passport

@Ang1rAngela It was with the upgrade team but I hadn’t heard from them from the Tuesday when it was expedited and still hadn’t heard by saturdsy when I decided to go down. Ironically, they phoned me this afternoon to discuss my upgrade. I’m in Ibiza. You couldn’t make it up !

After six progressively more stressful weeks of dealing with the passport office on the phone, we finally have the biggest lad’s so on Monday it’s Ibiza time! Cannot thank the patient, helpful and generally lovely staff at Glasgow Passport Office for everything they did today 🤍

@EYSPolicyLorna Thanks, had your application been expedited because of you nearing your travel date? Ours has but still no call or update. Such a stressful situation

@Ang1rAngela I had to go back and collect later that day as I was travelling on the Monday and this was on Saturday I went, but other people were being told to go back on later dates to collect theirs
