@vgrrgudhug @Anarseldain I can. And noted the distinction. But the spirit of the post was missed and so I should ask: Can you read beyond sight? Is your reading literal? Is there no inference to which you can subscribe?

Universities have lowered their standards so far that they’re giving out MDs to people who don’t know the difference between “2.6% of doctors are black men” and “2.6% of black men are doctors. We’re giving degrees to people who think 1 in every 38 black men is a doctor.
Jay 🌊@JayCSpain

After 4 years, I’d like to reintroduce myself as Dr. Jalen Spain, MD 👨🏾‍🎓 I now join the 2.6% of Black men who are physicians. The journey has been tough but it has been conquered! #emergencymedicine #blackmeninmedicine #medtwitter

@Chicken_Vtwo @NobleNegroe @jackiecy No one is retarded here. What I’m pointing out is that you are taking her statements about race and made this huge leap that she thinks the country is racist. Her writings have often reflected how wonderful America is, providing her and the former president opportunities.

@Angela_BStarke @NobleNegroe @jackiecy Actually you seem slightly retarded or willfully ignorant. Did I say racism doesn't exist , or does that stem from an overwhelming need to control a narrative? Everything she is stems from her injecting her "race card" upfront, it's her go to talking point!

@Chicken_Vtwo @NobleNegroe @jackiecy Actually, she is reflecting on actual incidents of racism. She was not speaking about the country as a whole. Are you saying there is not racism? In these examples you provided, she is commenting on race. She has not - or ever - said the country is racist. But racism exists.

@Angela_BStarke @NobleNegroe @jackiecy Multiple times actually, for details you can ask grok yourself. Even wrote about it "her " book that's widely claimed that she authored. She didn't write any of her books herself although takes the credit for them all.

.@EDSecMcMahon is correct. DEI is discriminatory by design, antithetical to the purpose of a university, and incompatible with the pursuit of truth. The University of Florida has already acted on that conviction. In December 2025, our Board of Trustees adopted institutional neutrality and embedded an anti-DEI mandate within the presidential contract itself, ensuring that no university funds, public or private, will underwrite DEI at this institution. Dr. Stuart Bell stands with Secretary McMahon, the Board, and the people of Florida on this. He is ready to lead UF forward as a university defined by merit, rigor, and the pursuit of truth.
Secretary Linda McMahon@EDSecMcMahon

We need bold leaders to reorient higher education toward merit, truth-seeking, and academic rigor. Florida has led the fight to get discriminatory DEI out of our schools and universities. UF deserves a president who will continue to drive those reforms.

@BradMay58340303 @KeenanPeachy Dang. This is racism at its finest. “The blacks.” As though every single Black was happy. Broad brush. People are inviduals. Change your whole world view to all Blacks are not alike. Start there and see how free you become.

Remember when OJ Simpson slaughtered two innocent white people in cold blood and then the media and the world decided the real villain was a white LAPD officer? And then the black members of the jury acquited OJ just because he was black, even though they knew he'd killed the mother of his own children? Don't ever tell me what *I* need to do to fix race relations.

@jackiecy I respect the Obamas as humans and once met Michelle. Nice lady. I think it’s fair to share my disappointment when a Black family that has seen every door opened for them try to paint this nation as racist. It’s very disingenuous.

@elonmusk Dude. The movie is about Denmark. 1770s? They said it has a lack of diversity based on that. Not because diversity is a bad thing - even if they think that way.

@WallStreetApes And who was teaching such history? It certainly wasn’t Blacks, who weren’t even allowed to teach whites. That you or others didn’t know that Rosa was selected for the movement is kinda disappointing. Perhaps someone wanted a watered-down version with facts.

We have literally been lied to about everything Matt Walsh “The Rosa Parks story you were taught in school was fake too. This was not just some woman on her way home from work. Civil rights leaders thought Parks would make a sympathetic face for their lawsuit and then told her, a longtime NAACP volunteer, to create a situation where she'd be arrested. This gets sold to the public as totally organic when actually it's playacting to create ideal conditions for a court case or scandal. The iconic photo of Parks on the bus was staged months after the incident as part of a press campaign. (The photo is shown in the clip) The white man, sitting behind her in the bus photo was a journalist, which you probably didn't know.” Let’s fact check this. It’s 100% true What Actually Happened on December 1, 1955 Rosa Parks was a longtime NAACP volunteer and secretary of the Montgomery chapter. She had been deeply involved in civil rights activism for years (including work on cases like the Recy Taylor rape and voter registration efforts). She was not just a random tired seamstress on her way home from work who spontaneously refused to move. Local civil rights leaders had been looking for a strong test case to challenge bus segregation. They even had people cast for the role before Rosa Parks. Earlier attempts include 15 year old Claudette Colvin were passed over because leaders felt Rosa Parks, a mature, respected, married woman with a spotless reputation, would be a more sympathetic plaintiff in court and to the public The Iconic Photo was 100% staged The famous photo was taken on December 21, 1956, this is over a year after her arrest and on the first day the buses were integrated after the Supreme Court ruling It was deliberately staged by journalists, Look Magazine and UPI, for a press campaign to dramatize the victory The white man sitting behind her is Nicholas Chriss, a UPI reporter, not a random angry passenger or segregationist

@elonmusk Without “diversity,” the world is rather bland. To truly appreciate art and culture, you can’t have a monolith monopolize any aspect. Plus, everyone knows Blacks are as creative as others. What are you afraid of? Oh, I know. You’re just not good enough.

@WesleyHuntTX Nobody wants anything handed to them because they’re Black. But I sure don’t want bias or given NO consideration because I’m Black. And that is still a greater possibility. Not as great as prior years, no. But it’s a heart condition. The voter, hiring manager, etc., needs morals.

Dr. King dreamed of a nation where we are judged not by the color of our skin, but by the content of our character. I am a living, breathing product of that dream. So is Justice Clarence Thomas. I don’t want anything handed to me because I’m Black. I want to earn it because I’m qualified. I am a Christian, a veteran, a West Point graduate, an Apache pilot, a Congressman, and yes, I am Black and proud. But first and foremost, I am an American. The left wants race-based outcomes. I want every district in America to choose the best person for the job. That is equality. That is merit. That is America.

@VladTheInflator So all the Black doctors who made it in the previous 50 years, before “DEI,” are the smartest, too. Honestly, how in the world have Blacks been able to make it with 400 years of oppression.

@megbasham @Resistital Lady, generic faith is good if that’s all you’ve got! Faith in Christ is indeed the answer but to deny that generic faith is not a tool for a better life is ludicrous.
