@Tommys_baby My heart aches for this family. It's awful that this happens in a country as modern and well resourced as ours. It should be top priority, headline news. Yet, like miscarriage, people tend not to even mention it. How horrific.

@FirstinGlasgow I was about to get on the 21 at East kilbride bus station at 18.15 going towards Glasgow. I activated my ticket and then the driver got off and said the service was now cancelled as he needed a break. I have now lost a ticket. How can I get this back? Thank you
