#OnPageSEO - Image, Part 3: File Name File names like 5439DCF.jpg etc mean nothing to search engines. The filename should reflect what's in the picture. If relevant, you can also include your primary keyword in your filename.

#OnPageSEO - Tip#1: Are Your Images Optimised? 1) Reduce your image file size Images displayed on a website can be low resolution & still look good. The smaller the file, the quicker they will load, which is good for overall website load speed (no-one likes to be kept waiting!)
