Florida’s stablecoin bill SB 1568 has now OFFICIALLY PASSED both the Senate and the House. 👀
The Senate passed it 34–0.
The House passed it 108–3. 😳
The bill would allow Florida to ACCEPT FULLY BACKED STABLECOINS (like RLUSD) for certain regulatory fees, with payments converted into U.S. dollars through a state-approved digital wallet. 🚨
Once the Governor signs, the bill becomes law right away. 🚀

Thune said lawmakers are FOCUSED on OTHER PRIORITIES first — but CONFIRMED crypto market structure is STILL on the AGENDA afterward. 😳
“Market structure is a bill that’s… going to come out of the Banking Committee soon, probably NOT BEFORE… the April time period.” 🚨
