@Aqui_mi_casa In my airbnb in Arizona. Summers were 115 degrees and the guests would turn the ac down to 62 degrees. One day my ac fried and it costs $15k to replace. My nightly rate was $200. Profit after expenses is maybe $30 a night. It would take me 500 nights booked to recoup that.
