Make a solid plan to vote this afternoon! Bring your kids to the polls after you pick them up from school and teach them about the importance of civic engagement -- it’s never too early to learn about how to exercise your rights. Plus, you can cast your ballot! #ElectionDay

If you have a plan to vote this afternoon, send us a selfie with your "I Voted" sticker and we will feature you on our Facebook page later today! Extra points if you brought a friend to vote! Email your selfie to digital@angusformaine.com or tag us on Twitter @angusformaine!

All elections are important, but this election feels especially critical as it will determine the course of our state and nation for at least the next two years, but likely more. #ElectionDay

It’s encouraging to see so many people in Maine showing up to make their voice heard, including here in Biddeford this morning. #ElectionDay

We’ve done our civic duty and voted, which is what democracy is all about. It was wonderful to be able to share the experience with family, friends, and neighbors this morning in Brunswick. I'll be on the road talking to voters today, hope to see you out there! #ElectionDay

Thanks to all of our volunteers who are out in the rain during GOTV! If you didn’t get a chance to vote early or absentee, today is the day! Make sure to get in line at your polling station before 8pm this evening to vote! Locate your polling station here: bit.ly/2SRWAQK

Angus has one idea for how to get to the polls -- do you know how you’re getting there? #ElectionDay

Election day is here! Which means it’s our LAST DAY of GOTV! When we say this is our final push, we mean it! Our dedicated team of staff members and volunteers were awake before sunrise to hit the streets at 5 am to leave a reminder to vote on doors across Maine. #ElectionDay
