Qué debe ocurrir para que se conceda la eutanasia? Vamos por partes: Primero: debes solicitarla a tu médico por escrito. Una vez la has solicitado, debes volver a solicitarla por escrito pasado un tiempo. Segundo: el médico asignado evalúa el caso, ve si tienes una enfermedad incurable y dolor físico. Si es que sí, este médico debe tener varias sesiones contigo (varias charlas). Tercero: El expediente pasa a un segundo médico independiente. Ocurre lo mismo que en el punto anterior. En este paso, si hay dudas por parte del médico, se paraliza todo el proceso. Cuarto: Evaluación de capacidad mental. Interviene un psiquiatra o especialista que debe determinar si el paciente está en pleno uso de sus facultades. Si el especialista tiene dudas, se para el proceso. Quinto: Comisión de Garantía y nueva evaluación. Revisan todo el expediente: informes, solicitudes, médicos… Pueden solicitar pruebas o informes adicionales. Dan el visto bueno final pero, si hay dudas, se para el proceso. Sexto: Confirmación final del paciente. Se vuelve a solicitar al paciente que, por escrito, solicite la eutanasia. Se le deja claro (esto o curre siempre) que puede echarse atrás en todo momento). Séptimo: Aplicación de la eutanasia en el hospital o en el domicilio del paciente, según su elección. Como veis es un proceso largo y meditado, como no podría ser de otra forma. No es pedirlo y ya.

Todos sabíamos que la ley de Eutanasia sería usada para estas aberraciones. Lo que va a ocurrir mañana con Noelia no es una muerte digna, es de hecho una ejecución estatal. Llegar al punto de que el mismo Estado que permitió que la violaran, avale su eutanasia por la depresión que le produjo esa atrocidad, es el ejemplo perfecto de lo diabólico en que se ha convertido este mundo. Pero claro, es mucho más barato hacer desaparecer a esta chica que rodearla de profesionales de la salud mental que con seguridad la habrían sacado del pozo en el que está. No doy crédito.
