@GoodScore_app The worst part? Their so-called “24/7 customer service” is a joke. You wait 30 minutes for one reply, another 30 for the next, and then they just stop responding. No proper help, no solution, and no option to delete your data from their system.

@GoodScore_app Just sharing my experience with this app — completely misleading and not worth the money. They claim to help improve your credit score with expert tips, but it’s all generic info you can find for free anywhere. They charge ₹84 + GST monthly and still provide nothing useful.

I kept reopening the complaints as instructed, but still no call, no fix. Frustrated, I visited the Airtel store in Bhayander East (near the station) to speak with someone directly, hoping things would finally improve. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
