I will say this. I am always very polite when it comes to rp but when someone wants to rp domestic abuse, that makes me worry. Being someone who was mentally and physically abused in her past, I never want to drag that into rp, and when someone does, explains a lot of that person

My experience with Basyk.

On Basyk's permanent ban from NoPixel. This has become something that I feel necessary to address, and I would rather be blunt than contribute to speculation. I have been verbally and emotionally abused by him and had both roleplay and streaming used against me to continue that cycle for over a year. I was continually put down, isolated, and controlled over the smallest things and when I finally attempted to cut off contact I was repeatedly harassed over it. Thank you so much to the NoPixel admins for taking cases like this so seriously, everybody deserves to feel like this community is a safe space, and they sure as hell did that for me. Although I am glad that I started this privately, I feel like the people who make up NoPixel and the roleplay community as a whole deserve to know the truth so hopefully he doesn't hurt anyone else, as I already know I am not the only one. I just don't know a better way to achieve that than make this post. I spent far too long protecting him, I will not do that anymore. More positively, in a time when I needed it most, I've received so much support and friendship from so many people in the community. Especially in the last few months if you have reached out, played games with me, roleplayed with me, you have contributed to me finally feeling like I'm not alone. I am so fucking thankful.
