When health care becomes political, patients lose dignity. When funds bypass UHC, the system weakens. When programs depend on discretion, not rights, inequality grows. Filipinos deserve a health system that is fair, automatic, and free from political mediation — exactly what UHC was designed to build. Strengthen UHC. Protect PhilHealth funds.
