@RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia PNR 2354313912 I called the washroom cleaning helpline twice regarding cleaning issues in my coach. Both times I was told that staff would arrive within 10 minutes, but no one has come yet. My first call was at 7:30 AM. Kindly look into this issue.

@RailMinIndia Travelling in train 12721 with an RAC seat. A co-passenger is creating issues and not allowing me to sit on my allotted seat. He is demanding to check my ticket himself. Kindly send the TTE immediately to verify and resolve the matter.
