Crude oil is at ~$81/barrel today. Under UPA, when crude was $107/barrel, petrol was ₹72/litre in Delhi. Under Modi, with crude at $81; petrol is ₹102/litre. CHEAPER crude. COSTLIER petrol. Someone is pocketing the difference. Let’s talk about who. 🧵

Govt's own Oil Ministry: 'Ethanol-blended fuel can't be cheaper as costs now surpass petrol.' So why is E20 mandatory at the pump, with lower mileage and no price cut?

Looks like we are doomed! What if the cars get damaged due to E20, and the insurance doesn't support the claim? Who will bear the costs? We pay road tax, car tax, fuel tax... if the car gets damaged, should we just sell it as scrap, pay tax on the scrap income too? 🤷‍♂️

In what capacity has @nitin_gadkari signed the supposed ethanol regulations file? - Is he the Petroleum minister? - Is he the agriculture minister? - Is he the industries minister? Why is @PMOIndia ignoring this brazen conflict of interest? Either Modi ji doesn't know what's happening in his cabinet, or NiGa knows something which makes him immune to any action from the PM.
ANI@ANI

#WATCH | Nagpur, Maharashtra: Union Minister Nitin Gadkari says, “Last night at 8 PM, I signed the file, finalising the regulations to legally authorise the use of 100% ethanol. I am delighted to share that I, along with Hardeep Singh Puri, had the opportunity to launch the 100% ethanol-compatible version of the WagonR—Maruti Suzuki’s best-selling car. Regarding motorcycles, Hero MotoCorp—which accounts for three out of every five motorcycles sold—has launched two flex-fuel models capable of running on 100% ethanol. Following this, companies like Toyota, Suzuki, MG, and Hyundai will launch 100% ethanol-compatible vehicles within the next month and a half. Thus, ethanol will serve as a viable alternative to petrol. People used to laugh when I spoke of this dream, and some friends even criticised it...Soon, we will launch a pilot project in Nagpur featuring a hydrogen pump and two hydrogen-powered buses. The public will be able to ride these hydrogen buses, which will be powered by green hydrogen extracted from water using an electrolyser. That day is now near.”

What's happening in this country, @nitin_gadkari ji? You are introducing some fancy mix of fuel every day without any ecosystem support? Why is there no buy in from insurance companies or manufacturers? Use of E20 can lead to claims rejection. I don't want to use E20. Do I have a choice at the fuel station? Why are we being taken for a ride?

SBI , India's largest bank with 2.45 lakh employees , is now grandstanding about a "major HR overhaul" to tackle employee burnout. The real hypocrisy is glaring: these same RM-ZM-GM overlords who fancy themselves as HR gurus are utterly clueless when it comes to actual people management. One day they play credit experts, next day valuation engineers or recovery advocates , but in HR? Complete zero. No specialization, just ego-driven arrogance and chamchagiri powered decisions that crush field officers. While they preach "generational shifts," "digital transformation," and "agile workplaces" from air-conditioned cabins, Branch Managers and frontline staff like us are burning out under: Arbitrary transfers treated as punishment tools Endless WhatsApp tyranny and impossible targets Single-handedly juggling marketing, recovery, insurance, ops, compliance, and customer service Zero right to disconnect or workload balance between branches and controlling offices This is not burnout from "modern challenges" it's manufactured by incompetent, hypocritical management that talks empathy but delivers harassment. Fancy jargon won't fix a toxic culture where officers are treated as disposable while top brass enjoys all perks and zero accountability. We demand real change: a specialized HR cadre with actual expertise, regulated hours, Equal PLI across scales, promotion fairness, and mental health support that isn't just another PR workshop. Enough of this hypocrisy. The ground reality must be mirrored. What’s your experience? Speak up , the silence has cost us enough. @TheOfficialSBI @DFS_India

The owner of this red car has a question for Mr. Nitin Gadkari. He bought the car in 2019, and the car's manual clearly says that only E5 or E10 petrol should be used. However, from April, E20 petrol has been introduced by the government. So his question is: If his car is not designed for E20 fuel, where should he get suitable petrol, and who will be responsible for any loss or damage caused by this change?

E20 was rolled out to all 90,000 petrol stations in India. No parliamentary debate. No formal notification to vehicle owners. No Lok Sabha vote. No Rajya Sabha resolution. A fuel change affecting 234 million vehicles and every Indian who fills a tank was done as a bureaucratic order. Where is Parliament in this policy?

Latur, Maharashtra Police ! Are we waiting for people to die at the hands of such Police Officers ? When are we going to say enough is enough ? The role of the traffic police is to regulate traffic, enforce road safety, and issue penalties (challans) for violations. They do not have the authority to inflict physical punishment on citizens. Any act of physical violence by an officer is a violation of the law and human rights. Right to Due Process: If a rider fails to stop, the legal recourse for the police is to note the vehicle's registration number, track the owner, and issue a challan or summon the individual to court.

With all the E20 Petrol now across India, noticing some issues in not so older cars, yes cars sold in the last 2-3 years are E20 compliant, but what about older cars @volklub Is the Govt indirectly telling users not to buy Petrol cars as of now? I have moved to EVs but reality is not everyone can do that and when ppl buy cars and keep them for 10-12 years so why force E20 Petrol on cars that are not designed for that engine, won’t it degrade those vehicles.

🤔 A simple question to UFBU Before #5DaysBanking negotiations, most banks had already abolished the 30-minute official lunch break. Then why was an additional 45 minutes of working time agreed to in the settlement ? 30 minutes lunch break lost + 45 minutes extra duty = 75 minutes increase in effective working hours. So how is this being projected as only a 45 minute increase ? Can any UFBU leader explain this logic to lakhs of bank employees ? #5DaysBanking #BankersVoice #BankEmployees #PublicSectorBanks #BankingReforms #UFBU #AIBOC @DFS_India @aiboc_in
