@vegannabananna Oh mama I am so sorry 💔 I hd a d&e b4 whn I was 21 wks prego too! My baby wsnt developing limbs nd hd lttle 2 no brain function. I feel so bad for having to make that decision but she had no chance at life. It was extremely painful! Praying for your recovery and peace of mind.

Tw pregnancy loss I hadn’t posted about it here, but last week I was halfway through a surrogacy pregnancy. It was really such a positive experience and I was enjoying it! I went in for the 20 week ultrasound and the baby was measuring REALLY small, when he’d been on track before. I was sent to MFM, and at 21 weeks exactly we found out the baby didn’t have a heartbeat. There’s nothing anybody could have done to change this horrible outcome. I had a d&e this afternoon, which is called a “second trimester surgical abortion” in my paperwork. The whole process was 24 hours long, and weird and painful. I’m doing okay, things went okay, I’m SO grateful that I live in a state that gives me choices to keep myself healthy and safe during an already horrible situation. I’m not going to share anything about the family obviously but please think positive thoughts for them. This baby was really loved and is already really missed.

I'm such a "I don't let my baby cry because it physically and mentally is torture to me" and everyone always looks at me like I'm crazy
