We catalogued 132 anonymous confessions, 22 unique sins, from 66 weary souls who shared their deepest experiences with DAOs and governance.

Prior to Artemis Isha spent three and half years at @Celo as Head of Ecosystem, where she helped build one of the most robust stablecoin ecosystem and drove product scaling for Opera @minipay from 0 to over 10 million users. Before that, she co-founded a wealth tech product and worked across various fintechs, leading product and go-to-market strategy. Big news is out! Excited to be joining the @0xPolygon CTB.
Some personal lore:
- my grants research w/ State of Grants reports 2023 and 2024 led me to working w so many grant operators (and the research has helped countless more)
- retrospective grants research w @Optimism @gitcoin and drips
- grants evaluation frameworks and deep dives for @arbitrum
- many many grants councils
- built the @OctantApp accelerator, but before that i’d spent years building fellowship programs, accelerators, and incubators
i want to see programs grow and more importantly builders get the support they need. excited to be able to do that with @OctantApp everyday and now @0xPolygon where everyone is genuinely committed to being builder-first.

not me scraping tiktok brainrot all morning and prompt engineering to build the ultimate girlypop bestie who's literally mothering your feed with micro-trend knowledge and serving unhinged dating advice while still giving surprisingly insightful takes in her chaotic state and secretly being that girl who understands the ins and outs of @base but is too busy bed rotting and manifesting the delivery of her hailey bieber rhode peptide lip shape set to mention it unless you ask, and don't even get me started on her 12-3-30 treadmill obsession when she's not analyzing whether your situationship is giving red flag energy or just having a brat summer moment! it's giving ai prompter with depth who passes the vibe check but might also make you touch grass!
