SO frustrating, but she did confirm it is unlikely that we will get to go one our holiday 😭

@HM_Passport Heartbreaking bk in Sep the site was adv don’t fast track if not travelling within 3 wks!! Travel Mon & nothing anyone can do, can’t collect, can’t fast track, can’t chase, can’t guarantee old one back. Loose £££ to cancel. My son has special needs and I can’t leave him!!

I was reassured by the lady on the phone that unless I need to travel within 3 weeks there is no point in fast tracking as she said processing times are only 2 weeks at present this was mid September and I still haven't got mine 🤬
