earlier this week i had a pulmonary embolism, which i mention here only because PEs are frequently under-diagnosed (as mine initially was) and potentially fatal (as mine thankfully wasn’t)

Diary of a country pastor. Started the day with the devastating news that a man from church had taken his own life. Ended the day by preaching at a joyful carols event. The best & worst day ever. Thankful for this very good girl who is always up for a walk, even at 10pm.
